Despite having a sincere wish to engage in spiritual study and practice meditation, we may experience different types of inner obstacles. Purification enables us to remove the inner obstacles that block our spiritual practice. One of the most popular purification practices is the prostration practice of the 35 Confession Buddhas. Kelsang Tabkay will offer teachings on this practice based on the book The Bodhisattva Vow, and we will engage in the actual prostration practice together. Everyone is welcome.

International Temples Project Video Screening

Following the practice of the 35 Confession Buddhas, we will have a screening of the new video showing the inspiring recent activities of the International Temples Project founded By Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. The video lasts about 20 minutes and will be shown downstairs in our community room at around 12pm.
