Buddha described how to identify and remove our six most disturbing habits of mind, which he called “the six root delusions”. Just as a tree grows and branches from its root, all our dissatisfaction, discomfort, and problems branch from these six minds. By uprooting these minds, we can prevent all the problems that arise from them and experience extraordinary mental peace.
