Limitless Joy: Meditations for a Blissful Life
In this meditation series, you will learn how to establish lasting peace and expand experiences of love and compassion through mindfulness meditation.
“Everybody needs to be good natured with a good heart. Having these is the real method to solve our own inner problems of anger, ignorance, depression and so forth and also the best method to benefit others practically.” – Geshe Kelsang Gyasto Rinpoche
Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek.
Each class includes teaching, guided meditation and an opportunity to ask questions. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually. Chairs are provided.
