Overcoming Anger and Stress Through Meditation
The benefits of meditation are well-known, but how do you get started? How do you sustain the practice of meditation? Learn how to use meditation to overcome negativity, create a more peaceful mind, and relax. Specifically, this course will address how we can use meditation to overcome both day-to-day stress and anger.
Each class includes a guided meditation, discussion of the evening’s meditation topic including insights into Buddhist thought, as well as time for questions. Beginners and those who want more practice are welcomed.
