March 13: Real refuge – Part 2

Course description:
From mild anxiety to full-blown fear, we all experience some level of fear or insecurity almost every day. According to Buddhist teachings, the source of all our fears is our self-grasping ignorance, along with our self-cherishing. Once we learn to recognize where our fears are really coming from, we can begin to gradually overcome them.

During this course, Kelsang Nyema will explore what fear really is, where it comes from, and how to let it go. Additionally, she will introduce the Buddhist practice of refuge, a potent and powerful way to help us conquer our fears and find the courage we need.

Tuesdays, 7pm – 8:15pm
