Many people have the compassionate wish to benefit others, but few understand how to accomplish this successfully in daily life. Bodhisattvas are friends of the world, who have such strong compassion that they are able to transform all their daily activities into ways of benefiting others. By training our minds in the Bodhisattva’s way of life and developing our love and compassion, we can bring authentic joy and benefit into a troubled world.

This course will include practical teachings and guided meditations to help us take this joyful way of life to heart. In the afternoon there will be an opportunity to take the Bodhisattva Vow, the determination and promise to always try to live Bodhisattva’s way of life for the benefit of all beings.

Hi Jessica! Nope, no need to bring anything with you. We’d recommend wearing comfortable clothes for sitting in a chair or on a cushion. Some people like to bring a notebook and pen for taking notes. Thanks!
