In this class, Kelsang Tabkay will explain how Buddhists use logic and reason to develop confidence in practicing Buddha’s teachings. Through this process we can develop strong confidence to apply Buddha’s teachings in our everyday life and progress along the spiritual path. Eventually, by practicing the Buddhist way of life, we can become more patient, loving, and wise.

About the Teacher

Kelsang TabkayKelsang Tabkay is an American Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center South Carolina. He has been practicing meditation for many years. Tabkay travels regularly throughout the Southeast, presenting Buddhism and meditation in an accessible and clear way, dedicating himself to bringing peace into the hearts of others. He previously served as the Education Program Coordinator at KMC South Carolina.
