About the Event
This special event is perfect for beginners or for those wishing to deepen their meditation practice. Kadam Morten will guide a relaxing meditation and give a talk on how it’s possible to experience a life free from stress and anxiety through meditation.
Pre-registration is encouraged since we’re expecting many people. However, you’re also welcome to drop-in. Chairs are provided and no special clothing is required, wear whatever is comfortable for you. Everyone is welcome.
