New Series Beginning August 19:  "Meditation on the Go"business and meditation

Meditation is the main cause of inner peace, and it's something that anyone can do, regardless of how busy their lives might be.  Meditation is far more than just sitting cross-legged and "zoning out".  Once we understand what meditation really is, we will realize we can do it anywhere, at any time, with whatever else we happen to be doing.  Then we can truly meditate on the go -- at work, at home, or wherever we might be.

August 19:  What is meditation?
August 26:  Why inner peace matters
September 2:  How to really relax

Series Beginning September 9:

Kids, Colleagues, Bosses, and Dogs:
Meditations to Improve Every Relationship

It often seems like the people around us get in the way of our spiritual practice.  Whether because they are demanding more attention than we have to give, or because we feel they have a negative attitude, we often feel our practice of meditation would be better, but others keep derailing our good intentions.  During this series, we'll examine how we can transform difficult relationships at work and at home with the practice of meditation.

September 9:  Identifying the problem in our relationships
September 16:  Understanding patient acceptance
September 23:  Learning not to retaliate, part 1
September 30:  Learning not to retaliate, part 2
October 7:  Developing equanimity
