Workshop

Saturday, December 8; 10am – 1pm

Girl Scouts Program Center; 64 W.T. Weaver Boulevard, Asheville NC (near UNCA)
$20/$10 students/seniors (Discounts for Monthly Members)

During Saturday’s workshop, Gen Nyema will help us deepen our experience of how changing our mind actually changes our world.  Buddha
explained that problems only arise if we respond to difficulties with a negative state of mind. The difference between having something to do and having a problem lies within the mind. This course will explore how we can see situations from a different perspective so that we can be happy.

Both events will include guided meditations, and practical advice for daily life. Feel free to attend one or both events.

No experience is necessary, and pre-registration is not required.

Refreshments will be served on Saturday. Everyone Welcome!
