Part 1: Training in Concentration Day Course

Saturday, February 2; 10am – 4pm $35 or $25 students/seniors; $5 for lunch

With concentration, we will experience inner peace, a healthy body, and a strong mind. Without concentration, we will be continually disturbed by an agitated mind and fail to make forward progress in our spiritual training.

During this day course, Gen Nyema will explain concentration, its benefits, and how to enhance our concentration. In particular, she will introduce the topic of tranquil abiding, a profound state of concentration necessary for higher spiritual realizations, and a training course for deepening our power of concentration.
