The purpose of the Teacher Training Program (TTP) is to provide an extensive presentation of particular subjects of Mahayana Buddhism to enable practitioners to deepen their knowledge and experience of Buddhism, and to train as qualified New Kadampa Tradition Teachers.

This introduction is for those current enrolled in TTP and also for those who are interested in learning about the program. We are studying Great Treasury of Merit, How to Rely Upon a Spiritual Guide.

After this free introduction, students are welcome to attend two additional classes and then discuss their participation with Kelsang Jangchen. For more information, contact rt@meditationinsouthcarolina.org

About the Teacher

Kelsang Jangchen is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center South Carolina. She has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for almost 20 years. Jangchen teaches with warmth and compassion, offering practical methods to help people experience more peace and happiness in their daily lives.
