With the right ways of thinking and meditating, we can use our daily experiences to expand these beautiful minds to more people in our life. The result of this increase in our good heart will be that many of our daily frustrations will disappear and our relationships with others will become happier and more meaningful.
In this series learn practical methods for growing our good heart derived from the Buddhist traditions. Everyone is welcomed to attend.
Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.
