Identifying and Overcoming Our Most Destructive Negative Mind

Anger solves nothing.  These three simple words tell us almost everything we need to know about the negative state of mind of anger.  What we also need to understand, however, is how to identify subtle layers of anger within our own mind and overcome every last trace of anger in our minds

During this series, learn practical methods for identifying and overcoming your own anger.  Everyone is welcome.

Class Format

Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.

Class Teacher

TabkayKelsang Tabkay is from Greenville, SC, and has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism since about 2008.

In 2013, he ordained as a Buddhist monk. Tabkay is Ganden Center‘s primary children’s teacher and also teaches a number of classes for adults.
