Enjoy a simple guided meditation to increase your peace of mind during the middle of your day. Meditations last approximately 20 minutes.

 

 

Thursday Meditation Series:

On Thursdays, we’re going through the book Transform Your Life section by section.  This book is a valuable guide to improving our relationships and transforming our ordinary experiences, such as work life and family life, into meaningful opportunities for spiritual growth.

Everyone is welcome to join us on Thursdays; there’s no need to have attended prior classes in the series.

Class Format

Each class begins with a brief introduction, followed by a short teaching and discussion, and concluding with a meditation.  No previous experience with Buddhism or meditation necessary.


 

Tuesdays, 12:30pm – 12:55pm

Thursdays, 12:30pm – 1:15pm

at Ganden Buddhist Center
$8 or $5 students/seniors (Tues.) 
$10 or $5 students/seniors (Thurs.)
