Thursday Meditation Series:  ”Learning to Cherish Others”

with Resident Teacher, Kelsang Nyema

From the depths of our heart we want to be happy all the time, but we are not usually very concerned with the happiness and freedom of others.  However, by learning to cherish others more and more, we will fulfill our own wish to be happy while at the same time benefiting others.  From this one decision to cherish others, all other spiritual realizations will gradually follow.

During this course, we will learn more about the Buddhist way of loving-kindness, step by step improving our cherishing of others.

Everyone is welcome to drop in for this class at any time; you do not have to attend each week.  Please come and go as your schedule allows.
