Making a decision to cherish others is a good first step in improving our mind of love, but what about more difficult relationships at work and at home? How do we cherish others under challenging circumstances? Our next few lunchtime classes will examine this topic.
Everyone is welcome to drop in for this class at any time; you do not have to attend each week. Please come and go as your schedule allows.
Class Format
Each class begins with a brief introduction, followed by a short teaching and discussion, and concluding with a meditation. No previous experience with Buddhism or meditation necessary.
