In-Person Meditation Classes @ Saluda Shoals
Learn methods to be positive and peaceful whatever happens. Life is unpredictable, but through training our mind in simple and practical meditation techniques we can cultivate inner peace and joy, and be a positive influence on our families and communities.
Each class includes two guided meditations and a talk on various topics such as increasing love and reducing anger. These classes are based on Buddha's teachings, but are open to everyone of all backgrounds.
