This year’s SDC will be hosted by Kadampa Meditation Center South Carolina.
The Southern Dharma Celebration is the largest annual gathering of Kadampa practitioners in the Southeast, typically drawing 150 – 200 practitioners from Centers in Georgia, the Carolinas, Virginia, Alabama, and Florida.
This year, Gen Kelsang Jampa, the NKT-IKBU Eastern US National Spiritual Director, will be the main teacher for the Celebration. The introductory talk on Friday night will be given by Kelsang Tabkay, the Resident Teacher of KMC SC. The meditations will be led by Gen Kelsang Mondrub, the Resident Teacher of KMC GA.
