The weekly classes usually start with a breathing meditation. Then there is a teaching on topics such as love, compassion, reducing stress or improving relationships. And the class concludes with another meditation to help folks integrate what they’ve learned into their daily life.
There’s often time to hang out afterwards and chat with the teacher and others over snacks and tea.
