The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness
Select Saturdays @ 12pm
Description
We are all looking for lasting happiness and want to be free from problems and suffering permanently. These wishes can be fulfilled through understanding and practicing loving kindness.
With peace and love in our hearts, our relationships become more rewarding and long-lasting and we build the foundation for many good qualities to grow such as compassion, acceptance, empathy and patience.
Each meditation class includes two guided meditations and practical methods to keep a peaceful mind based on the books How to Transform Your Life, A Blissful Journey and How to Solve Our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Everyone is welcome. Suitable for both those new and familiar with meditation.
