Meditation classes for everyone with our Resident Teacher, modern Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Norbu
Wednesdays in Columbia | 6:30pm – 7:45pm
In these classes, Gen Norbu will introduce the basics of a regular meditation practice. Each class will include at least one guided breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes, teachings, and at least one guided meditation on the teachings.
