In this series, Cindy will introduce the law of karma and how to use an understanding of it to make ourself happy. Using this understanding to guide our decisions about what to do and what not to do is the basis for living a meaningful life. And understanding the relationship between our state of mind and what karma ripens in our experience is essential for our happiness. All of this will be explained, as well as how to use meditation to give us more power in these practices.
