In these classes, Frances will introduce the basics of a regular meditation practice. Each class will include at least one guided breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes, teachings, and at least one guided meditation on the teachings. Topics will include how to start training in meditation, as well as how to improve and progress in meditation practice. Start at the beginning of the series if you can, but if you miss the beginning then start when you are able.
