Buddha teaches that each and every living being has the wish and the potential to be happy. That happiness can be found through inner peace. And that we can attain inner peace through meditation.
In this course we will explore the causes of mental agitation, stress and upset. We’ll also learn simple and practical methods to cultivate an experience of peace within our heart.
Suitable for folks new to meditation and those with experience. You don’t need to be Buddhist to attend. Everyone is welcome.

The event will be livestreamed and available for purchase and viewing for one week.
The class will be at 2000 Park Street, Columbia, SC 29201 (parking and the entrance are located in the rear of the building off Calhoun Street). Masks are required.

For those who register in advance (whether online or in person) you will receive an email with the webinar links to access each session Saturday Morning at 12:00pm. If you register after 12pm Saturday morning the links will be emailed as soon as your registration is processed. The livestream will only be available for viewing during class.
Once both sessions are completed the recordings will be uploaded to YouTube for viewing on demand. This link will be sent out at 7pm.
