Retreat Schedule and Format
Each session will last approximately 1.5 hours. Sessions will include a preparatory practice, introductory teaching to the meditation, and guided meditation.
During the retreat, we encourage you to maintain silence from the mornings through lunchtime as a method to quiet the mind and get the most out of each session.
Friday, Feb 23 Introduction 8 pm to Sunday, Feb 25 retreat ends at 12:30 pm (note: retreat ends before lunch)
