Retreat Schedule and Format
Each session will last approximately 1.5 hours. Sessions will include a preparatory practice, introductory teaching to the meditation, and guided meditation.
During the retreat, we encourage you to maintain silence from the mornings through lunchtime as a method to quiet the mind and get the most out of each session.
Friday, Jun 14 Introduction 8 pm to Sunday, Jun 16 retreat ends at 12:30 pm.
Lunch and dinner on Saturday are included in pricing.
