How can we reduce our distractions and make our mind more positive? We can reduce our gross distractions by training in simple breathing meditation, and we can make our mind more positive by then progressing to analytical and placement meditation on the stages of the path to enlightenment, “Lamrim”. The first meditation on the stages of the path to enlightenment is “Our Precious Human Life”.
Everyone is welcome. Suitable for both those new and familiar with meditation.
