This is true all year long, and especially during the holidays. Holiday giving is often associated with material presents, finding bargains, and wondering if the recipients are truly appreciative or just smiling politely. The holidays can also be a difficult time for folks due to family tension, conflicts, or reminders of those who are no longer with us.
We can all learn to improve our love. For example, authentic, pure love is free from attachment and expectation. Eventually our loving hearts will radiate like the sun, bestowing peace and love on all living beings without exception. At that time, we will have fulfilled our own wishes for peace and joy, and be able to truly benefit others.

The Online classes will be livestreamed and available for purchase and viewing for one week.
The in-person class will be at 2000 Park Street, Columbia, SC 29201 (parking and the entrance are located in the rear of the building off Calhoun Street). Masks are required.
