Kelsang Jangchen is a Buddhist nun who has been meditating for over 20 years. She teaches with warmth and compassion, offering practical methods to help people experience more peace and happiness in their daily lives.
Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation, then there's a talk on how to maintain a peaceful mind, and the class concludes with another guided meditation.
