The Wisdom of Acceptance
Finding Peace & Happiness within Our Own Mind
Saturday, May 14 @ 1-4pm
Description
Now more than ever, many of us are experiencing unsettled minds. In recent years especially, we have had an opportunity to become very aware of the impermanence of things and how uncertain and unpredictable life can feel.
Through learning to view and respond to things differently we can experience the transformative power of patient acceptance—a vast and profound experience of calm that embraces challenges without being disturbed or harmed by them. This enables us to accept other people, ourself and our life, with a peaceful and happy mind.
When we develop real acceptance our mind will be as stable as a mountain and as calm as the depths of an ocean.
Everyone welcome.
