Healing Your Body and Mind

By relying upon Medicine Buddha sincerely, living beings in these impure times can be cured of heavy physical and mental disease, and find release from the internal pain of anger, attachment and ignorance. Learn how to engage in profound and powerful meditation and healing practices associated with Medicine Buddha for both ourselves and others.

About the Teacher

Cindy has been practicing meditation and Kadampa Buddhism for over 15 years. She is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation South Carolina in Columbia. Cindy shares her love of meditation and Kadampa Buddhism with inspiring enthusiasm, showing others how to keep a peaceful mind and kind heart.
