About the Class
“Simply Meditate” is a perfect opportunity to learn different meditations and the basics of a meditation practice. Each class includes two guided 15-minute meditations and instructions that can easily be integrated into daily life.
Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, Simply Meditate helps everyone discover the profound benefits of engaging in meditation and learn how to develop a naturally peaceful, calm and happy mind.
Each class is self contained and on a drop in basis, so there is no need to register in advance or attend the entire series. Chairs are provided and their are meditation cushions for those who wish to sit on the floor.
