It is easy to feel overpowered by the many difficulties and busyness we encounter in daily life. In this day course, Buddhist monk and special guest teacher Gen Kelsang Tenzin will illuminate how we can develop the inner strength of happiness to overpower our negative states of mind through the time tested methods of meditation.
Each session will include a talk and guided meditation to develop greater peace of mind.
Registration in advance is preferred. Everyone welcome.
About the Teacher
Gen Kelsang Tenzin is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Philadelphia.
He is a Buddhist monk of over 19 years and has taught Kadampa Buddhism extensively for over 20 years throughout the United States.
As a senior Kadampa student and teacher, he is a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
