- The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful.

15 Minutes a Day
- Each Monday we'll post new 15 minute guided meditations (available for one week), and each meditation will gently guide you to peaceful, positive states of mind.
- Daily meditation brings maximum benefit and you can replay the meditations every day for a week.
The Meditations are guided by senior students at Kadampa Meditation Center South Carolina.
