6 Meditations for Natural Happiness

Meditation classes for everyone with modern Buddhist monk, Gen Kelsang Tabkay

Sundays, 10:30 – 11:45am, February 23 – April 6

Within our mind, we all have a limitless source of natural happiness we can learn to tap in to at any time. This meditation series will explore six practices we can use to develop our own source of peace and to overturn negative habits of mind.

Each class includes guided meditation, teaching and time for questions.Classes are on a drop-in basis, no need to attend the entire series. Everyone is welcome!

The Healing Power of Love
