The Secret to Happiness
with Resident Teacher Cindy Parker
Description
Every living being has the same basic wish – to be happy and avoid suffering. Although all living beings have the same basic wish to be happy all the time, very few people understand the real causes of happiness. Happiness and suffering are states of mind, and so their main causes are not to be found outside the mind. If we want to be truly happy and free from suffering, we must learn where true happiness comes from and how to access it.
