Description
Feeling connected and nurtured are essential for our peace of mind and well-being.
Our lives are interconnected and interdependent in many ways, however, we may still feel alone from time to time. And while we may have people we connect with on social media and in real life, these relationships might not be consistently positive, inspiring or spiritually meaningful.
In these classes, Jangchen will teach simple and practical methods to increase our feelings of love and connection, while nurturing ourself and benefiting others.
You're welcome to attend any class or the entire series. Everyone is welcome.
