Happy for the Holidays
with Resident Teacher, Cindy Parker
Description
The holiday season can be a wonderful time to connect with friends and family. It can also be a time when expectations of ourselves, others, and events themselves are higher than usual, leading to stress and disappointment. For many, the holiday season can bring depression and loneliness. Relationships, finances and social demands can be particularly challenging at this time.
Take time to come relax and enjoy Buddha’s healing teachings and techniques for cultivating personal peace and harmony, so we can respond genuinely to every situation, conversation, or outcome with a positive mind and a good heart. In this way, we will enjoy a meaningful and stress-free holiday season.
