Although there are many challenges in the world, we don’t have to react with fear, anxiety or stress. Through Buddha’s teachings we can understand what negative states of mind are and how they function in our life. We can also learn how to connect with our potential for inner peace no matter what’s happening in the world around us.
Jangchen will give practical advice and meditation instructions to help us stop identifying with temporary fearful states of mind. Instead we can learn that our pure nature is peaceful.
