Description

During Buddha’s life, out of compassion he gave three powerful and effective methods for mixing meditation with daily life.

These methods bring a tremendous amount of positive energy into our mind and allow us to generate profound happiness in our everyday activities.

In this talk and meditation, Gen Tabkay will explain these practices and guide meditations for drawing out this extraordinary potential in ourselves.

Everyone welcome.
