Within us lies an endless fountain of happiness: our love for others.
This meditation series will explore meditations that have inspired Buddhist practitioners for almost a thousand years as a profound and practical way for growing our love and inner peace.
In the process we will solve our inner problems, improve our relationships, and be of real benefit to others.
This meditation series is based on the book The New Eight Steps to Happiness by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Everyone welcome; no prior experience necessary.
