Description
Saturday, March 23  |  9am – 12:30pm

The heart is where our power lies. To protect themselves, people often close and harden their hearts. This is a disservice to ourselves and others! We don’t need to be afraid. Instead, we should learn how to tap into the reservoir of strength inside of us through meditation.

In this course, we will see how to develop our love by reflecting on our interconnectedness and allowing a love based on gratitude to arise. There will be simple, accessible meditations and plenty of time to enjoy the peace of inner stillness.

The day will include a series of guided meditations, practical advice, and an opportunity to ask questions.

Everyone is welcome!
