Buddha explained the dream-like ultimate nature of all things in order for us to experience profound and lasting inner peace. This meditation has the power to solve all our problems and guide us towards the ultimate happiness of enlightenment.
Attend the whole series or just drop in as your schedule allows. Each class includes a guided breathing meditation, a brief prayer, teaching, and an additional meditation.
Everyone welcome. No prior experience necessary.
