Meditation classes for everyone with Kadampa Buddhist Teacher, Frances McLeod
Mondays, 7 – 8pm
Attend the whole series or just drop in as your schedule allows. Each class includes a guided breathing meditation, a brief prayer, teaching, and an additional meditation.
Everyone welcome. No prior experience necessary.
