In this special meditation course, we will explore how to release the heavy burden of resentment, guilt, and self-criticism through the healing practice of forgiving ourself and others.
By practicing the art of forgiveness, we open the door to inner freedom. We stop replaying the past and begin to experience the lightness, clarity, and joy that naturally arise from a peaceful heart.
Everyone is welcome—no previous meditation experience is necessary.
