Who is Buddha?
A Path to Peace and Joy
Saturday, June 4 @ 1-4pm
Description
With so much uncertainty in the world, many people are wondering if there is reliable guidance on how to be more peaceful, joyful and loving.
For over 2600 years, Buddha has exemplified qualities of inner peace and universal love, and he has taught practical meditation methods to help us develop these qualities ourselves. Peace is possible for each of us, because we each have a pure nature with the potential to fulfill our own wishes and benefit others.
In this afternoon class, Kelsang Jangchen will explain who Buddha is based on his qualities of love, compassion and wisdom; and how our lives can become more joyful and beneficial by improving our own good hearts. Everybody can learn practical methods to bring peaceful, joyful energy into their lives.
Everyone is welcome, and no prior experience is necessary.
