CHARLESTON Class

Saturday, February 17  |  10:30am – 11:30am

Through the inner science of meditation, Buddha discovered that the actual source of happiness is inside the mind. By applying the practice of meditation in our daily life, we learn to skillfully let go of negative minds that cause stress, anxiety, and unhappiness.

In this class, we’ll learn how to nurture the inner peace that gives rise to authentic joy and contentment.

Everyone welcome.
