Description

It’s increasingly common that feelings of worry and anxiety plague our everyday lives and that feelings of insecurity and lacking confidence hold us back from fulfilling our potential. Consequently we never really feel at ease in ourselves, fully present for our interactions with others, and life can feel overwhelming. Practicing meditation and Buddhist teachings has the transformative power to help us step out of this experience.

Through learning practical techniques, applicable in daily life, we can begin to reconnect with our own peaceful heart, and to live a truly meaningful and joyful life. Combining both guided meditations and talks and suitable for those just beginning their meditation journey, this relaxing course will offer you the tools and skills to transform your life from the inside out.
