Learning to Let Go: A Retreat on Subtle Impermanence

Teachings and meditations for everyone with Special Guest Teacher, Kadam Michelle Gauthier

Saturday, June 21, 10am – 4pm in Columbia

Many times in life it is easy for us to get stuck in the past, clinging to anger, sadness, or worry. We bring the problems of yesterday or last year into the present, and this interferes with our ability to be happy. By learning meditations on subtle impermanence, we can learn to let go of the past, enjoy the present, and benefit those around us through gaining insight into the momentary nature of things.

This special meditation retreat will be a unique opportunity to spend a day immersing yourself in meditations and teachings to deepen your wisdom and inner peace with special guest and former Teacher of KMC South Carolina, Kadam Michelle Gauthier.
