Imagine living without stress and tension – a life free from worry, anxiety, and the many daily problems these negative states of mind create.
On this course Jangchen will explain the causes of stress, and she will teach several different practical methods to let go and get back to peace. Meditation offers many simple and effective ways to reduce and eliminate stress and anxiety, helping you to be more relaxed, peaceful and positive in daily life.
This course is suitable for everyone, beginners welcome.
About the Teacher
Kelsang Jangchen is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center South Carolina. She has been practicing meditation and Kadampa Buddhism since 1999. Jangchen teaches with warmth and compassion, offering practical methods to help people experience more peace and happiness in their daily lives.
