In this retreat, we will explore how to recognize and let go of the many negative and heavy states of mind that weigh us down and obstruct our happiness, and instead learn how to develop and maintain peaceful, positive minds that bring us tremendous energy and joy in daily life.

Buddha’s teachings on emptiness, or ultimate truth, provide a novel, liberating way to look at ourselves, others and our world. Emptiness is not nothingness, but the real nature of things. Through learning how to meditate on emptiness and mixing this understanding with our daily activities, we will find ourselves feeling happier, more relaxed, and better able to handle problems.

In this way, we can experience an inner freedom and bring a new clarity and lightness to our life and personality that will bring happiness and benefit to both ourselves and others.

Everybody welcome!
