Come learn a very special meditation called “clarity of mind.” This meditation has been used for centuries to develop the enormous capacity of our mind for peace, flexibility, concentration, wisdom, and bliss!  Ultimately this meditation enables you to free your mind permanently from all inner pain so you can enjoy real inner freedom and lasting happiness.

We will observe silence during our brief breaks to enhance our meditative experience. The last session will include Q&A. Join us afterwards for light refreshments. Suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, each session will include practical instruction and guided meditation.
