Training in Concentration
Saturday, March 16; 10am – 12:30pm
We live in a world where distractions are growing increasingly intense. However, in order to find deep inner peace, we need to find a way to move beyond these distractions and improve our concentration. Concentration is important in every aspect of our life, from doing our job to driving our car, but it is especially important for getting the most out of meditation practice.
During this half-day retreat, learn techniques to increase concentration both in and out of meditation. Everyone welcome.
Training in Concentration at Home
Instructions will be given during this half-day retreat that will assist students in selecting a tranquil abiding object in order to continue their training in meditation at home.
Tranquil Abiding Retreat
Those who complete the Training in Concentration Half-Day Retreat will be given the first option to participate in the Tranquil Abiding Silent Meditation Retreat May 3 – 5 at Oatland Plantation, Georgetown, SC. The cost of this retreat is TBA. Participants will be sharing a large Airbnb so participation will be limited.
