Wednesday, January 3 | 6:30pm – 7:45pm

Empower your practice and remove obstacles in meditation by discovering the “Five Forces.” Sometimes referred to as the essence of Buddha’s teachings, these forces are practical keys that unlock our potential for successful practice and allow us to transform all our daily activities into spiritual growth. We can also use these five forces as a way to live a more meaningful life.

Everyone welcome.
